Blintz Casserole Recipe

This deliciousĀ blintz recipe can be prepared in a little over an hour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
    12 frozen blintzes, cheese or fruit
    6 eggs
    ½ cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
    1 pint sour cream

Directions:

  • Melt the butter on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish.
    Layer the blintzes on the bottom.
    Beat together the remaining ingredients.
    Pour over the blintzes.
  • Place the pan, uncovered, into a 350 degree oven.
    Bake for one hour.
    Serve with additional sour cream and also blueberry filling, if desired.
