		<description>We made these latkes for some guests. Between the four of us, we managed to eat the whole batch. They were just that delicious.

We liked how flavorful and rich they are. They don&#039;t get quite as crispy as regular latkes, but they more than make up for it with the artichoke hearts and the leeks.</description>
