THIS IS JUST FANTASTIC! I did some research and apparently the South Africans call it “Putco Chicken” named after their local Putco Bus service – roadkill by bus? Ya Betya!

Wow, the cooking way of this ‘Roadkill’ Chicken dish is great, I’ll try it later and I hope it tastes delicious. Just one suggestion: If you add some cooking pictures it will be easier to follow!

Don’t know it as roadkill – in Zimbabwe we call it “Flatties”. Great recipe and definitely to be recommended.
